What are the departure times for the flights?
Our scheduled flights operate from 0900 hrs. until 1700 hrs. in Summer (June to September) and 0900 until 1630 hrs. in Winter (October to May). Please call or e-mail us to confirm times and availability.
Where do the seaplanes depart from in Dubai?
We have 2 main departure locations in Dubai - Mina Rashid and Jebel Ali Beach Hotel . However for private charters, we can take off from World Islands, Port Rashid, Maktoum Airport and Dubai International Airport. Are the road transfers included?
Yes, a pick and drop service is included in most of the scenic tours we offer except for the Seawings Snapshot tour (20 min express tour)
How high will we fly?
Our seaplanes fly at over 1500 feet above ground giving you vistas of Dubai, UAE like never before
How many people are allowed per flight on the seaplane?
Our flights are operated on a shared basis. Our big Cessna Caravan seaplanes can carry up to 9 passengers. The number of passengers varies from 2 to 9 depending on the day. If you would like to arrange a private charter, please contact us by filling up a short form here
Are pregnant women allowed on board?
We allow pregnant women on board, however we recommend you consult the doctor prior to your flight.
What happens if it rains on the day?
To avoid disappointment, please keep in mind that flights only proceed if weather conditions are suitable. The decision to fly will be made by our Chief Pilot on the day based on the aviation forecast. In case we have to cancel the flight due to bad weather, we will contact you first thing in the morning and you will be able to get a full refund or reschedule your flight to another day.
Can I carry luggage on board?
A cabin size hand baggage is allowed per person.
Can you hold the seats for me?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to hold seats or place tentative bookings. Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy to find out about re-scheduling and refunds.
